House Hunting

We are now looking since almost 2 years for a house to buy, and since then house prices went up over 20%.
I just can't find anything I would like to buy and is affordable..
Last weekend we looked at a 2 bed bungalow next to my daughters best friend...but 410k, unbelievable...
Next weekend we going to look at an other house....but I have not much hope.
London and around London is just not affordable for normal people.
My hope is that house prices coming down this year and so far it looks good.

I have a new hobby...paper craft!

I got into it when I came across some wallpaper sample books in one of the scrap stores. Those scrap stores are wonderful, you pay about £13 member fee for a year and you can take what you need..they have papers, material, foil, tiles, plastic and what ever else companies, shops and other people don't need anymore..its basically an recycle store.
Anyway..I found those wallpaper books and some cards and other things and thought I give it a go.
